Every engagement starts with the same paid discovery session, so you see how we think before committing to a full scope.
Full interior architecture
Our core service. We remodel the plan itself — walls, thresholds, service runs — then detail every piece of built-in joinery, design the lighting scheme, and supervise construction weekly until the last handle is fitted.
Workplace & hospitality
We start with a two-week observation study of how your teams move, meet and interrupt each other, then plan the space against that evidence rather than a seat count. Acoustics and daylight are treated as first-order problems.
Developer show homes
For developers we design show apartments that demonstrate three different lives inside one shell, plus the sales environment around them. We hand over a styling manual so units stay correct for two years of viewings.
Styling & furnishing
For spaces whose architecture already works. We specify and procure furniture, textiles, rugs, lighting and art, manage the local makers, and install over a single week so you come home to a finished room.
Questions we get asked first
৳15,000, ninety minutes, on site where possible. It is credited against the fee if you appoint us.
A fixed design fee by stage, plus 10% procurement management on items we buy for you. No hidden markup on trades.
Yes — Chattogram, Sylhet and Cox’s Bazar regularly, with travel billed at cost.
Often, if they will accept our drawing standard and weekly review. Otherwise we tender to our own roster.
