The developer needed buyers to understand three very different lifestyles in the same floor plate.
We built one scheme for a young couple, one for a joint family and one for a downsizing pair — same shell, three completely different storage strategies.
Sales conversion on the show floor rose from 9% to 21% in the first two quarters.
